Need avatar resizing help!!!

I have a bunch of pictures that I'd like to use as an avatar, but I can't seem to figure out how to get them to be the right size (150 pixels by 150 pixels) Is there a way you can do that????

You need a photoediting program to change the size in, or you could post them here, and someone will change them for you.
