Need a little help on the DDP

I booked at the Pop Century through priceline and got a great deal of 68 a night. Doing it this way means I can't participate in the dining plan right? That is what I am getting from the disney site.

The only ways to get DDP is with a package, with an annual pass or as a DVC member. So no, you probably can't add DDP

Disney will be able to give you the official answer but I would assume that the answer would be no. The only way to get the DDP is to purchase a package including tickets. As far as I know a Priceline reservation can only be done as a room only.
