Naples Anaheim vs Via Napoli

I've dined at both Epcot's Via Napoli and Disneland Resort's Naples multiple times each but separated by 7 or 8 years. Do they use more or less the same recipes for pizza? Is there a good amount of overlap in their approach to pizza making? I ask because they taste similar, as far as I remember anyway, and both are on Disney property but just 3,000 miles apart.

I did go to Patina web spot and I did not see Naples listed. It did have something called Napolini(build your own style perhaps like Blaze???) which looks very different than Naples which is full sit-down.

Napolini is the Blaze-like takeout next door to the sit down/table service restaurant.
