Name of Announcer at beginning of COP

I was wondering who is the one who starts of COP. He says

"Welcome into Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. You're in for a real treat...."

I need to know who it is so if anyone know's itll be greatly appericiatd

Hello Gang,

The current narrator/Father of the Carousel Of Progress is the late Jean Shepherd. He also is the narrator of the perennial favorite holiday special "A Christmas Story".

Jean Shepherd's narration of the Carousel Of Progress was done in '94, replacing I believe the late Rex Allen, who was the original narrator of the Carousel Of Progress from the '64-65 World's Fair in New York.

Welcome, Brian! You're right about Mr. Shepherd and Rex Allen, however there was one more narrator - Andrew Duggan - who voiced the father in Walt Disney World's "Now is the Time" version, which premiered in Tomorrowland in 1975 and was remade in 1993 to feature the current version.

Thanks for filling in the missing narrator for me. I knew that there was one more name there. I will also say that Rex Allen, after Jean Shepherd took over the duties as Father/Narrator, became the voice of the grandfather in the current version that talks about the automatic toilet flushing, with the voice of the late great "Man of 1000 Voices"-Warner Bros. own, Mel Blanc as Cousin Orville!
