If I Get A 7day MYW Ticket w/ Park Hopper & Water Park & Fun Option, Would Going To A Water Park On A Select Day Go Towards The Days On My Ticket?

In short, no, they are separate types of admissions.

With a 7-day ticket with Water Parks and more, you get 7 admissions to the 4 main parks (MK, Epcot, MGM, and AK), and 6 admission "options" that can be used for admission to either of the 2 water parks, Pleasure Island, DisneQuest, or the Wide World of Sports complex (ie. Water Parks and More). The 6 options can be used in whatever way you wish, and have no affect on the 7 main days of admission you have on your ticket.

Theoretically, if you went 7 days to the main parks, and 6 days to the water parks, you would have 13 full days of park admission!

No, you'll have 7 admissions to the parks and 6 separate admissions to the water parks. You could conceivably alternate between park days and water park days and have 13 days of admissions.

Things to note:

Your hopper feature allows you to hop between the four amusement parks but not to water parks.

Your water parks & more admissions can be used on the same day or separately from the amusement parks, but do not allow for hopping. If you go to Blizzard Beach and then to Typhoon Lagoon on the same day, you'll use two of your six admissions. If the same day you head to DisneyQuest and then hit Pleasure Island, you'll use two more... You can, however, re-enter the same water park as many times as you like on the same day with only one of your admissions.

Clear as mud? :D
