This structure was found on the pad between Germany and the Outpost last night, it seems to have part Scandanavian part German architecture which brings the question, Is this where the Frozen entrance is going? But seriously, what is it, a beer cart, a place for ticketing for the frozen ride?

I believe you're right about it being something related to Frozen.

But why would it be where it is, there is plenty of room back stage to store something like that before it is installed? There was a permit filed for this location back in January and it has been behind walls since then.

I am pretty sure this is related to the German pavilion. I often see that art style in Pennsylvannia Dutch communities who's people orginated in Germany.
