Mystery Attraction Picture

Can anybody identify this mystery attraction? Its an old picture from (I think) Universal Studios.

By the way: this isn't trivia.

Hmm...can't identify it, but I think the location is directly across the street from the New York section of the park -- near where the Monster's Cafe is now.

I think its some kind of street show.

I remember they used to have a Rocky and Bullwinkel (damned if I can spell it) show.

Yeah...

It is the old Rocky & Bullwinkel stage show...I jsut dug out my old vacation videos the other day and rewatched this hilarious show...well, I guess it's hilarious if you enjoyed the original cartoon...very silly/funny stuff...really bad jokes...
