My version of The Jungle Cruise

This version would be diffrent from all the others. It would be a rapid style ride.

The boat would be like the boats used for Kali River Rapids except the center of the boat would be where your "guide" would sit.

The que will snake in and out of an old dumpy dock where abandond booats would line the dock.

When ypu load your guide welcomes you and you go in a straight line. Then you get to a fork in the water. Your guide thinks he is taking the right route. Everything is calm and you see some animals, but then you get into a rough part. After a few minutes of roughness it calms down. After a few minutes of calmness you aproach the cave like the one at WDW. When you enter it sounds like snakes are trying to get in your boat. Then you think that part is over and you see a water fall with snakes suronding the top of it and then you go under the water fall and into some more rapids and then up a hill. You come flying down the hill and out of the cave to find crocodiles waiting for you. They chase you through a rapid section and periodicly you here a croc taking a bite into your boat. it get calm and you go around a corner to find some hippos trying to attack your boat and into more rapids. Everything gets calm and you go through some trees and back into the station.

I don't like the idea.

It sounds like it is going to be a lot like Kali River Rapids. I don't think WDW needs 2 river rapid/raft rides.

It sounds like you are using animitronics. I think if you have a new animal based ride like this is, real animals should be used.

Well it would not go in at WDW. I'm just saying if I built a magic kingdom this what my jungle cruise would be like.

I forgot this, the plot is you are taking a tour of the jungle when your driver takes a wrong turn.

AS A SKIPPER NOTHING SHOULD BE CHANGED IT'S A CLASSIC AT WDW. IT HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 1971 AND IS FINE THE WAY IT IS. WHAT MAKES IT SO DIFFERENT FROM ANYTHING ELSE IN THE PARK ARE THE SKIPPERS AND THEIR JOKES.

If I could make my own Jungle Cruise, (as I've already said in my Magic Kingdom thread) I would divide into 2, the classic and the "jeep" type, you choose which of the two you ride and when you're off, the jeep and the boat would occassionaly meet. Now the plot here is that 2 brothers/sisters run a Safari business. One operating a Jeep, the other a boat....the siblings HATE each other and are always fighting for customers. So whenever they run into each other, they would taunt and tease each other and their vehicles.

the "something went wrong" part would be when the Cruise gets knocked off course by a Hippo into an ancient temple which is being looted by robbers (the jeep also sees that these men are poachers and de-foresters). The Cruise radios the Jeep for help and the Jeep would come racing to the Cruise's rescue.

I really like your idea stitch castle, it's fun, exciting and has a 'moral' about sibling rivalry and teamwork. Carry on with this idea!

Thank you so much Doc (can i call you that?) yeah it does have a lot of morals involved in it with sibling rivalry, teamwork, conservation and such The success of course still depends on the skippers and drivers, they have to have awesome chemistry together.
