Some of you might know of my story, while a lot of you might not, but I'm making a guide to the parks(and the world in general) as seen within my story, which you can find here at fanfiction.net: The last chapter has a shocking cliffhanger but there's no way in hell it will end that way. The guide and the story itself is pretty weird and over the top with a floating tower of death, Mickey's evil copy, massive Lord of the Rings style battles within Magic Kingdom and Disneyland, around 24 giant monsters, a giant Michael Eisner robot, flying battleships, mutants and a whole lot more packed in.

I'll start with the story universe's timeline:

Beginnings of time: The Universe is created and soon, Light and Dark Ghidorah arise and begin an eternal conflict across the universe. The Fantasy Realm's existence begins, though it's primary portal (the Earth) has yet to exist

65 Million and 60 years ago: Dark Ghidorah is defeated at the Nebulan planet and driven away from the Space Hunter M Nebula by Light Ghidorah and the ancient Mutitan guardians of the people. In time however, residual evil from Dark Ghidorah corrupted and destroyed the Old Nebulans and led to the rise of the Neo Nebulans.

65 million and 50 years ago: Dark Ghidorah destroys the sun of the Simeon homeworld, turning it into a black hole and absorbing much of the solar energy. The Simeons escape the planet and begin living amongst the stars. This is the beginnings of the losses of Light Ghidorah to his wicked brother

65 million and 35 years ago: Light and Dark Ghidorah enter our solar system and over the next few decades, Planet X's environment is destroyed with the people becoming purely technologically based, Kilaak is blown up becoming the asteroid field and Light Ghidorah looses his arms, and the people of Mars are nearly wiped out, and refugees headed toward Earth and lived amongst the Saurians for several years until Dark Ghidorah came upon them.

65 million years ago: Saurian elders come into contact with the Earth's spirit and are called upon to gather the entire population of Godzillasaurs to various underground areas around the world on the continents of Mu and the Americas. Dark Ghidorah arrives to destroy the dinosaurs, though Light Ghidorah comes to assist the saurians in a war that led to the physical destruction of the two dragons and the annihilation of most of the dinosaurs, save for the Godzillasaurs, a small amount of Saurians including Tyraxu, various dinosaurs that went underground, and the dinosaurs of the Lost World plateau and Skull Island.

100,000 years BC: Atlantis is founded with the other cities of the ancients to follow. Over time, the guardians are created and Light Ghidorah is awakened.
One guardian, Dagarla goes corrupt and is sealed away. The monster is eventually used by Doom in his attack in the 21st century

6590 BC: The Aetherium Crystal War between Laputa and the three kingdoms of sea(Atlantis, Mu and Seatopia working together) begins. Mothra and the Infant Islanders plead for it to end and despite being a part of Laputa, decline on entering the conflict. Battra rises from the Earth to attack the warring nations

6587 BC: The Aetherium Crystal War ends with the Sage of Time from Lumai making peace amongst them and Battra agrees to act as a guardian of Laputa after being appeased. A time of global peace is declared. Doom renounces his Lumaian heritage, and aligns himself with darkness and creates a army of darkness and a floating castle. The Gyaos are created as well.

6586 BC: Doom's Gyaos are unleashed upon the Earth and the Ancients go to war against him. They defeat Doom's army and (seemingly) Doom himself. But Doom in fact, just took a dive to make the ancients drop their guard against his greatest weapon, the revived Dark Ghidorah. Dark Ghidorah, in addition to Irys(an early experiment of Doom's when creating the Gyaos). The guardians of each kingdom were released to combat the two monsters(Irys being killed at the battle amongst the floating cities of Laputa) as they approached their home kingdoms, entering the battle in this order:
Light Ghidorah(Survived to end, spirit took rest at Mount Fuji)
King Seesar(Killed in the skies near the Laputian colonies, spirit took rest in Okinawa)
Mothra(Went down with Battra from an energy attack of Dark Ghidorah's, went into egg form instantly at Infant Island)
Battra(Went down with Mothra from an energy attack of Dark Ghidorah's, spirit went into the Earth)
Gamera(shell broken by a combonation of triple gravity beam and body slam though this was after sustaining many wounds, spirit returned to an Atlantean temple and joined by Manda and Megalon)
Manda(strangled and energy absorbed by Dark Ghidorah, spirit went to Atlantean temple with Gamera and Megalon)
Megalon(disarmed and decapitated by Dark Ghidorah, spirit went to Atlantean temple with Gamera and Manda)
After all the ancient's cities were destroyed, the Heart of Atlantis, after protecting the city as it sank below the sea, awakened the Chaos Guardian, Godzilla. Godzilla and Light Ghidorah pursued Dark Ghidorah to Mount Fuji, where Doom moved his fortress. The Sage of Time, who had survived the destruction of Lumai and witnessed the end of the others, had come to face Doom and end the evil. In the end, Light and Dark Ghidorah were once again destroyed physically with their spirits going into the mountain. Godzilla then attacked Doom's fortress with great fury, destroying Doom's physical form, leaving his spirit behind, though he could potentially arise again thanks to powers learned from his studies of the evils he swore alegiance to. The Sage of Time then began wandering the world, helping scattered human villages to build into new civilizations though ones that would never measure up to the
greatness of the ancients. Godzilla went into hibernation, to awaken thousands of years later. The darkness was scattered by the last two guardians, the Pheonix of Lumai and the Thunderbird of Laputa. These two were nesting in the mountains to be ready for this darkness.

Also, Pre-Cambrian lifeforms were awakened, but their threat has yet to come.

1990 AD: Mutants are on the rise and M-Organization is established by the EDF. New battleships are constructed and the Gotengo is completely redesigned.

1994 AD: Frank Wells, partner of Michael Eisner dies in a helicopter crash and Doom reappears, begining the corrosion of Disney that started when Paul Pressler was hired as President of Disneyland. The Dark Hunters Nidhiki and Krekka are recreated by Doom to capture those who would lose a home in the parks, beginning with the Kitchen Kaberet cast in Epcot. The reconstruction of Doom's floating tower begins

1996 AD: Kiryu, built over the skeleton of the original Godzilla, is constructed as is Mogera

1997 AD: A pixie colony from an unknown part of the Fantasy Realm come to Disneyland as part of Light Magic, this colony including the Dreamseekers. Light Magic soon falters, due to it replacing Main Street Electrical parade and Doom himself curses the colony to an eternity floating aimlessly through the Fantasy Realm, though the three Dreamseekers were kept safe by Mickey. The Dreamseekers then begin to explore the Earth and hone their talents in dream collecting, preparing for the possibility of working with Dreamfinder as his apprentices.

1998 AD: Dean Devlin and Roland Emmerich make GINO, thus offending the entire nation of Japan and other countries where Godzilla has appeared, considering the film as a total disrespect for the true Godzilla and those that experienced his attacks. The film is banned throughout the world.
Mr. Toad dissapears as his Wild Ride in Florida is closed while the California version remained open, making many of the toons concerned what was going on in Disney. Weeks later, the Journey Into Imagination pavillion is sacked and Dreamfinder is taken away by the Dark Hunters, defeating Mickey in combat to get to him, leaving Figment in the care of Dr. Nigel Channing of the Imagination Institute. The Sage of Time, appearing in Epcot after ages of wandering, gives Figment a magic backpack and continues his wanderings, not to return or reveal himself until the fall of the next year. The Dreamseekers come as well, but leave after finding that Dreamfinder is gone. Channing advises that Figment keeps a low profile thus leading to an unpopular version of the ride that almost completely lacks him.

1999 AD: Horizons is closed and destroyed over the long and drawn out course of several months, the futuristic family stars dissapearing. The Sage of Time comes in the fall for the Millennium Celebration having made his Great Millennium Walk earlier that year, having decided to make a stay at Epcot for the year and lead the Tapestry of Nations parade, raising awareness of the legend that followed him(though not telling the full story of the Lumaian). Doom remains blissfully unaware of his rival's presence until summer 2001(and even after the 2000 Superbowl Halftime show that featured an enormous Sage of Time backdrop and the Sage himself appearing near the end).

2001 AD: Six Toa come to the Island of Mata Nui and challenge Makuta for the first time.
The Sage of Time is taken away and fights Doom within his floating tower. He is defeated and his staff is taken away from him. The Dreamseekers come to Epcot to take the Sage's place in the Tapestry parade, which becomes Tapestry of Dreams. A tightly knit friendship arises between Figment and the trio of elves, who protect him from Nidhiki and Krekka when they return for him after seeing that Figment was in Epcot the whole time. They are defeated and Figment once again is able to walk the streets of Epcot without fear of being taken away. The two Dark Hunters keep on trying to get to the purple and orange dragon and are defeated at every attempt using trickery straight out of Brer Rabbit and Bugs Bunny's playbooks.

2003 AD: The Dreamseekers are taken away as are the rest of the puppets and performers in the Tapestry parade by Nidhiki and Krekka with the help of an army of Orcs and Garthim. Figment nearly loses all hope after a charge on the floating tower. Visions soon start flowing through his mind.
Makuta is defeated by the Toa of Light and dissapears from Mata Nui, going to our world to rebuild his shape and prepare a campaign against humanity.

I think I'm going to do some character profiles of the main cast and through there, telling how their lives are spent in the parks.

Figment
Figment, Epcot's favorite son, has probably been one of the most affected by Eisner's tyranny, despite Eisner's final decision to spare him from further attack by the Dark Hunters, should he not interfere in their affairs. Epcot itself has suffered a population decrease as more characters were captured by Nidhiki and Krekka. But the attack to affect Figment the most would be the capture of Dreamfinder in 1998, having been saved by his father's sacrifice of freedom within combat as well as Mickey's attempt to save them both, which ended in failure for Dreamfinder. Figment escaped to the Institute, which was planning to expand into the space that used to be the Dreamport, which had been sucked into shadow and destruction. Channing decided as Figment's new guardian that he should keep quiet and out of sight from the eyes of those who would hurt him. Figment agreed and moved to the now abandoned upstairs ImageWorks, the sole remains of his home. Into the late evening hours, several unusual visitors had come to the pavillion. The first three, garbed in dark coats asked about a job with Dreamfinder in the Dreamport as apprentices, though left downheartened by his dissapearance. Then, an incredibly tall man clad in white came to Figment's new home in the ImageWorks, only leaving a gift Dreamfinder had apparently given to him for safekeeping, a backpack that contained absolutely anything Figment would need. Finally, the Elias Moll and Lora had come with Mothra on the showbuilding rooftops, telling Figment not to worry and that Dreamfinder was still out there, giving him another gift, a pair of Sparkblades to defend himself and others from the Dark Hunters should they come back.
The next fall, one of the visitors finally revealed himself to Figment and much of the community and world, the Sage of Time. He became another father figure to Figment, helping him in defense studies as well as offering very good advice. But in time, Eisner found the Sage to be a threat, as Doom enlightened him that they had inadverently let his greatest nemesis into the parks. But it turned to their advantage as the Sage was taken to Doom's fortress, though in this case willingly as the Sage felt he needed to face Doom alone. Figment then met the mysterious trio from that very cold and dark October night, the three Dreamseekers, who took the Sage's place in hosting Tapestry. Figment became fast friends with them, especially with Elfin and Cosmo, and invited them into his home in the upstairs ImageWorks to stay. However, on several occasions, the Dark Hunters came to harass the new group of friends, though being beaten each time in their attempts to capture Figment by the Dreamseekers as well as other characters including Mickey and Brer Rabbit. It was soon declared in the fall of 2001 that Figment was free from this harassment, as it seemed that he was too great a threat and his exile lead to a massive amount of complaints regarding the Institute's version of the ride, which was updated and giving Figment much prominence and a daily job once more, though he's often leave the effects on to do much of his work while he hung out with his friends. Soon though, in March 2003, Figment faced another devastating blow as Tapestry of Dreams was dismantled and the Dreamseekers were taken away, though Figment fought his best to try and save them, giving chase after the Dark Hunters using his own flight abilities and a spare firework to give him speed. He was very close to freeing them, though a dark bolt threatened to take him down, which was negated by another bolt of lighting. The force knocked Figment out of the sky, though he made a promise to the Dreamseekers to find a way to rescue them and the others before plummeting. When he finally landed in the Fountain of Nations, he found a Magical Memories nearby with a note from Elfin that it would help Figment find her, the Dreamseekers, Dreamfinder and all the others that were taken into darkness. However, Figment's hope faded and it seemed he had given up on himself, until finding parts of the Dreammobile one very early morning in his bedroom. He visited Rafiki in the Animal Kingdom to talk about this as well as mysterious visions of the future. Then, within his dreams, Dreamfinder, the Sage, the Dreamseekers and all the others pleaded for rescue. Figment found that Mickey and his friends had already come to the Animal Kingdom, as Channing directed them toward where Figment had gone. The Caravan was formed and the quest to save Disney and the planet began.
