Ever since I discovered there was a S.I.R. action figure, I've been devising a way to get him without revealing to my parents I like him (my mom has been known to diss my crushes -- she even called Boba Fett a "mechanical thing" last summer.) I got the RX-24 action figure before S.I.R., in fact, I got another one in 2022 because I thought I didn't have the original one anymore (he was up in my attic; now both of them are haha)
Fast forward to February 2024. I see the S.I.R. action figure is on eBay, and I pass along a link to mom in a text. She bought it for me without questioning it. February 20th, 2024, he came. AND WHAT A FIGURE! <ref>Obscure Charlie Brown reference.</ref>
He is jointed (which means he can sit down), and I think he can hold something. This was the first time we got to see S.I.R.'s full body, because he was behind a desk for his attraction appearance.
Just like with RX-24, I can take him to WDW and see how many CMs recognize him! (I hope I go this year. Mom said she'd look into it along with Six Flags Great America -- I also have merchandise relating to that park.)
Now to get Bonkers, Br'er Rabbit, Oswald, and Flik... (I have wanted a Flik plush since 2012. Problem is, I don't seem to remember I want it.)
