Hello. You have recently suspended your Early Entry Mornings. This is
upsetting as we are planning on spending a week in the Contemporary Resort
in March. It seems now there are as many "perks" for staying on Disney
property. We loved the early entry mornings as it was exclusive to only
those who stayed on Disney property. Now, my question is, why not just stay
on one of the "non-Disney" hotels in the Downtown Disney area? You can
still get "E-Ride" nights, and that's about the only benefit, along with
transportation. I would like to say that your cost cutting is upsetting a
lot of people! I know there are a lot of things going on in Disney World
and EE is minuscule in the scheme of things. It's just disappointing when
you plan something for a! year and you see things whittle away. I have
talked to many other people, and they have the same opinion. You guys seem
to be doing a good job of upsetting the die-hard WDW fans right now. I

Yeah, canned probably...just slightly tuned for you. I had some probs with disney and the head of operations at the MK gave me a call because my letter was brought to his attention.

It looks canned, but hey, he gave you a telephone number to call him directly. Do that, and have your ducks in a row when you call. Let us know what he says.

I sent the same type of message concering the "early entry mornings". My response was a bit different and it told me that they would get back to me in the following weeks. They also said that they have had many email notices about this from people. I am sorry to say, but i deleted the message a while ago... I could always try again... :slurp:

We just returned from the World, and I asked when buying our park passes why they weren't being discounted since we weren't going to have access to the EE and the parks were opening later and closing earlier than ever and the reply I recieved (rather rudely I must say) was that since there were so few people there we would be able to go on just as many rides in a shorter period of time. This proved to be a joke. I have been in November 5 times and I have never had to wait an hour to go on the Haunted Mansion. We had to leave the Animal Kingdon at 1pm because it was shoulder to shoulder people. I think they should have done things a little differently, because reducing park hours so dramatically didn't work.
