They will ask you how you would deal with different situations in the parks and with your roomies.

Question
The operations question always seems to be similar to "If you were working at space mountain and noticed a young boy was too short to ride, what would you do?" the reply seems quite simple, you measure him to make sure and then you suggest another attraction that is close by, and a favorite of yours!
I was also asked "How do you deal with stressful situations" and "What is your most rewarding work experience/volunteer experience (because i have never had a job before)" I hope this helps. Also if you are going for operations....know what ride you would like to work at and say why whever there is an opening for that because they take that into consideration. GOOD LUCK!

My interviewer also asked me what my favorite and least favorite aspects of my summer job were. She also asked about an example of good customer service that I provided at my previous job. The most important thing though, is just to be friendly, positive, and confident. Think about the kind of person you would want to hire if you were the interviewer.
