Umm...not to pee on your parade wagon...

But World of Color requires a LOT bigger area than the courtyard in front of the GMR. If you want to build WoC at DHS, you need something the size of the Fantasmic! amphitheater...minus the mountain/stage/dragon area.

If they put a rising floor in it they could use it as a stage as well.
