My Disney Experience Site/App

Hi All

I am around 360 days out, and have looked into my MDE account

Its my son and i that are traveling, however, it isn't showing my son anyway linked, is this something that will happen closer to the time, or is this an error on Disney behalf?

Its asking for a reference number on the back of my tickets, and also my memory maker reference to link that, however i obviously don't have the those yet lol

Any tips?

It sounds like something is a bit off. Does your son have his own MDE account or one managed by you? It’s been so long since we set all that up I can’t be of much help but you have plenty of time to get it worked out. Hopefully one of the MDE experts will have some answers for you.
