My Disney Experience Issue

Ok guys ...

I read on the news posted on the main page that testing of the new magic band system will be in place when I visit AKL on 3rd Sept. So off I went to the MDE website and successfully ordered magic bands and linked my resort information.

I am however having some problems ....

1) There seems to be two of me! What I mean is that there are two Garry Dickson accounts in my family. The top one won't let me link the hotel reservation and tickets, the bottom one does. Because of this it seems that I can't book fast passes because the main account isn't linked to a reservation. When I try and delete the other me that is linked to the hotel reservation and ticket it doesn't let me.

2) It only has four dining reservations found at the end of our trip. When I try searching for the others using the ADR confirmation number and surname, it doesn't find them. It's a mess!

Any advice will be appreciated. Just ask any questions if you need more information - it does seem quite complicated.

If you go here, does it let you remove one of the Garrys from the account? I would actually call tech support for those kind of issues, just in case. The number is (407) 939-4357.

Thanks for the quick reply. Going to that link and pressing the delete the button doesn't let me delete that account because "Guests cannot be deleted until you first remove them from all reservations and plans." I am unable to do this for some reason. What time does the Tech support open at? It's only 11:38 here so quite early in WDW!

What a mess! I just saw you had tried to delete one in your first post, sorry haha. Too early for me. They open up at 7am eastern, about 15 minutes from now. Hope you can get it cleared up in time!

My account is doing the same thing...except it has all my,family members listed twice. It will not allow me,to delete one set of family, and it give me the same errors as it is giving you. Some of my reservations are missing also. I called last weekend and was told someone would have it fixed in a couple of days and the was the last I have heard of it.....and I checked this morning and my account is still messed up. Not sure who to contact now.

Mine did the same! Call magic band and fast pass support. They deleted one of me and helpedme do all my fast pass picks because my Windows Vista computer would not let me open up fast passes. I then rehooked up my OLD computer and can modify the fast passes! Have agreat trip.
