When planning our trip, my mother registered me as a year younger in order to get a cheaper hotel rate. I know this is more or less condemned on these boards, but it wasn't my choice, and I was honestly upset when I found out (I'm not just saying that).

Anyway, I want to "link" our My Disney Experience accounts through the Friends & Family feature. Do you think there would be an issue since my actual birthday is attached to my account?

If it's the difference between being 17 and being 18, its probably the extra adult fee for more than 2 adults in the room. Value $10/person/night, Moderate $15/person/night, Deluxe $25/person/night.

If you're an adult now, just do what you please. It isn't like Disney will take your mom to court for a lie she told about her kid's age, lol.

I guess I should have specified that it's for an upcoming trip next week, and she's afraid they'll charge her the difference.
