My Disney Experience App

Anyone else unable to get My Disney Experience to work on their phone or iPad like 99% of the time?

Does it work better once you're in the parks?

It's not the greatest app in the world, but it works better than just 1% of the time. I have an Android rather than an iPhone, but still...

Perhaps uninstall and reinstall? Clear the app cache? (I assume thats a possibility on iPhone. I only have an Android)

It works fine for me 99% of the time regardless of where I am.

It works at least 95% for me on Android no matter where I am.

Interesting. Thanks. I might have found the issue(s). Just installed the latest app update and sometimes I cut off Location Services on iPhone to dramatically save battery life. Apparently if that isn't on the app will rarely work, if ever.

You might ask, why use it without that? Well for now I'm trip planning so I didn't need the have location services on.
