My Disney Experience app issue

Going to WDW March 4...I've found MDE & making/changing FP+ selections quite easy on my computer. We downloaded the app on our phones & ipad & I've found my way around it ok, but am having a problem w/ our FP+. I am able to go to my daily itinerary & see our FP+ selections, but tried doing a test update & when I go to "update your FP+" I get a message saying that I'm currently not eligible for FP+. *shrug* Even though on the previous page it shows them. Anyone else have this issue? We got the same message on both of our phones & the ipad, but it works fine on the computer.
