Tom Beta Return Jul 21, 2014 #4 Reinstall app. Reboot phone. Log out and log back in. Try any of those.
docdebbi Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2014 #5 it's not the app, i am getting in also. i would call Disney and ask for IT if you have done all of the above. they will figure out the issue and help get you back online
