Well this is the forum for me, I think

Well, this is mine:

Time Traveler

First, you go on a rollercoaster car through some mist and a person over the loudspeaker tells you you are about to test a time machine, going to 500 BC from here and loop around. You then go vertical and launch, then curve down, a couple loops. Something like RnR.

Okay... um... where would it go? What's the story? I notice you are new here, welcome! I don't know if you've read up on your Imagineering or not, but everything Disney creates has a story. Whether we as guests know it or not, the story is there.

Anyway, your rollercoaster needs a story. RnR's story is that you are VIP's that need a super-speed Limo to the Aerosmith concert.

None of Disney's coasters just go up a hill, drop, loop, and have a voice on a speaker. You need more detail. More story. More life and connection.

Okay then:

You have been comissioned by [sponser] to test their new Time Machine. You need to go all the way back to 500 B.C. and see some sites on the way back. Then you go forward on the car from teh holding area, through mist. Then a metallic voice says, "Launch in 5, 4, 3, 2, Lauching!". During that time, you tilt up. When the voice says Launching, you launch up at maybe 75-80 mph, out of the building, into the air. You curve down and from then on, it's like RnR, except you see the things of the past: Da Vinci, the Aztecs, etc., and then you glide to a stop. You get off into another briefing room, where they will tell you you are the first Time Travelers!

You pitch is lacking. . . and a heads up WDI actually has a time travel ride concept that was designed for Main Street USA sitting on the shelves collecting dust and the storyline is pretty much the same as yours. Originally proposed for Edison Square then shelved, then brought back out again in the early 80's for a revamp of Main Street, then shelved again, then brought back out once again for a proposed idea of Westcot. Check your references there are many stories of this concept in various Disney books. I know John Hench and Herb Rhyman both worked on it briefly.
