1st post so hello everyone.
Just returned from my 3rd trip to WDW, had a great time as usual, weather tried to spoil it on the first weekend (W/E 31/01/04) but it got better.
Stayed in a Villa off site as we have done the last 2 times.
Again we didn't manage to do everything we wanted to, I think you need 3 or 4 weeks if you plan on doing things off site!
MGM:
Disappointed that the backlot tour was closed and we nearly missed Fantasmic as they had a technical error as Mickey was conducting at the beginning, none of the fountains came on.
Luckilly they managed to restart the show which was a relief after getting great seats 2 hrs earlier!
EPCOT: (visited twice)
Didn't dare try Misson:Space. Shouldn't have read the reviews of people throwing up :hurl: as I'd probably had gone on it otherwise.
Watched the night show from the Rose and Crown after a nice meal. Great viewing spot.
ANIMAL KINGDOM:
Saw more animals on the Safari this time but didn't get as wet on the River Rapids.
MAGIC KINGDOM:
Splash Mountain closed for painting, dared to do Space Mountain for the first time.
UNIVERSAL:
T2 show still good, thought they'd have updated it now T3 is out.
SEAWORLD:
Managed to see all the shows this time. You really have to plan this one as they seem to clash with each other.
KENNEDY SPACE CENTER:
Good tour as before but the part where you visit the space station building has been removed from the tour.
Saw a rocket launch in the evening too.
Thats all for now
Cheers
Chris.
