MVMCP - What time can we get into the party?

Anyone know what time we can get into the park with our MVMCP ticket? Hours are officially 7-midnight but I'm curious if we can get in early if we don't have an MK ticket for that day.

You can get into MK as early as 4:00 PM with a MVMCP ticket. The same is also true for MNSSHP and P&P.
