MVMCP Ticket Question

Hi All,

This is a question to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Veterans. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this question has been in my head for several weeks now.

I am taking my girlfriend to WDW for the third time, and this will be our first time during Christmas so we are very excited for our first Christmas Party. We are going the last week of Nov, first week of Dec (Nov 27-Dec 4).

My plan is for the 7 days we are at WDW we would buy 6 park hopper tickets and the day of the Christmas party go to Downtown Disney and then to MK at 4pm which is when I believe party entry is allowed.

Now this is just an example so don't kill me over park choices as we plan on hopping nearly every day, but say we go to the party on Tuesday night and the week looks as follows [EPCOT, AK, MK(MVMCP), EPCOT, MK, DHS, MK]

We obviously do not want to waste a whole park hopper ticket on the night of the party, so would our party tickets be differentiated from the park hopper tickets? Or would it use up one of the park hopper tickets first since it is in the middle of our week?

When you go to the party at or after 4pm, the entrance for the party is to the right side, and when they scan your band before giving you your party wristband, they check to see if the party ticket is linked on your MDE. So the party ticket is used for entrance. No Worries.

When we attend a party, we do as you plan- spend the morning at DS or enjoying a resort and lunch. We like to check out the Christmas trees and decorations the resorts have and the gingerbread house at GF is a must. You'll have a great time!
