Must sees this December

I just got that from Disney last week. My husband surprised me with a trip in December of this year. I have not been in Disney for the holidays in 20 years. What are the must sees must dos, must eats while we are there in December? We are also using the deluxe dining plan which we've never used before any tips?

Resorts...go to the different resorts and see their decorations....especially WL and GF. We love the Christmas decorations. Also, what week of the month makes a huge difference crowd wise. If you go early to midmonth, low crowds. Week of Christmas, insane crowd level.
