You gotta do Indiana Jones Adventure!

Also, Disneyland's Pirates of the Caribbean is amazing!

And for sure go see the Aladdin show at DCA in Hollywood Backlot.

And Star Tours 2.0 is great!

This really depends on if you are familiar with WDW.

I am always amazed at how much better I like these at DLR:

Space Mountain (A completely different experience)
Pirates (5 minutes longer with much more detail)
Small World
Train around the park
Jungle Cruise (Shorter, but more show scenes and effects)
Peter Pan (Shorter but MUCH better effects)
Fantasmic is now MUCH better.
Magic of Disney Animation
Soarin' has a much cleaner print of film. (DCA)
The castle fireworks show is really good.
The new parade is really good at DL.

These are unique to DLR and all worth doing:

Mr. Toad's wild ride.
Roger Rabbit's cartoon spin
Indy (You really can't miss this one)
Snow White Castle Walk-Thru
Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln (A re-do of the 1964 World's Fair show)
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.
World of Color (DCA)
Screamin' (DCA)
Little Mermaid (DCA)
Monster's Inc. dark ride in DCA.
Alladin Show (DCA)
The "Billies" at the Golden Horseshoe.

There is lots more of course, but I would focus on these due to their unique nature or the fact that they are really better than their East Coast twin.

I would agree with the above.

Pirates, Indy, Fantasmic are absolutely Must-do's for me. And I really love Toontown as well.

For me, it's also seeing things that are only a Disneyland Special...
Which is really most of Fantasyland.

Pinocchio, Alice in Wonderland, Mr. Toad, and even the Storybook boat have a quiet, and wonderful charm that just always seems to be missing in the WDW version of Fantasyland.

There isn't really as many must-dos for me in DCA...but the Aladdin show and World of Color would be at the top of my list.
