Musical History of Disneyland 6-CD Box

Has anyone bought the 6-CD Musical History of Disneyland box set? I know it is Disneyland and not WDW and I guess that is my question... as a WDW fan, is it still worth getting? How much of the music is the same for both parks?

The track listing looks incredible, but I am just wondering if $150 is worth it. Anyone have it? Any reviews?

It's "only" $125 at Disney Direct. It looks really cool, but I can't see anyone but diehard collectors buying it at such a high price.

I have it and it's amazing. The best investment in Disney stuff I've ever made.

But it is very focused on Disneyland. All of the music and tracks are from the Disneyland versions of the attractions/shows/parades. There is not a single WDW reference on any of the discs. Unless you are familiar with Disneyland, most of the material in the set won't mean much to you.

If you can afford it, go for it. Many Disneyland attractions, like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Enchanted Tiki Room (original), all three bear shows, and several others are nearly identical to our versions, but, as posted already, unless you're also a fan of Disneyland, you might want to wait for the Magic Kingdom's 50th.

My brother bought it, and he reluctantly let me listen to it. It is a really good CD. If you enjoy listening to park music I recommend going for it.
