:lol: i know im a little late on this but.... file sharing programs aint illegal if they're p2p , person to person , if it comes from 1 central base , then yes they're illegal .. like napster...

Actually Napster files weren't centrally based, the only thing centrally based was the list of who had what and where they were. The files were sent user to user.

Anyway, breaking a copyright is still illegal however you transfer the information be it p2p or from a central base.

I suppose Disney is partially to blame for copyright breach of its own IP due to the exorbitant cost of the CDs in the parks - a 15 minute CD of Spectromagic costs about $15 :fork: which is what I would pay for an album of music, definitely not a single.

Disney used to have CD Burners in the parks that would record the music from any area or pavillion onto a CD for you.

Those went the way of Communicores, but people put their CD's on the net. I suspect that's where a majority of the files come from originally, because they were entirely unavailable before those burners came into being and perhaps are the reason for their departure.
