It's a gag from this film (skip to about 3:40.)

The extended queue to the right side of the Building is probably the funniest to look at...Especially the Muppet Parody Posters and the Muppet Labs Experment: Getting to There (I won't bring up what happens but, it's funny). And other funny signs...Like this one..

Fastpass killed all that stuff. The focus became how fast one could get on as many rides as possible. They missed all the really entertaining stuff in the queue's. Is it any wonder why Imagineers decided that it was a waste of time and energy to do it anymore? It is a dieing thing that I don't think has much chance of survival.

Then why did they spend so much on queues in New Fantasyland?

Because somebody forgot that the operative word is "rush". Perhaps they also felt that it was going to be ginormously popular and because of FP, standby people would be in them for a lifetime. They were correct on that one, but, generally speaking no one is really looking and certainly not appreciating them like they once did.

To be honest, I went on it one evening and I was the only one in the queue. It takes almost 20 minutes to just walk it and if you stop and look at stuff you would start out a young child and end up an old person by the time you got to the ride, or perhaps even forget why you were in there to begin with. That one was really well done, but, maybe too well done in many ways. I'm glad that they are still willing to try once in awhile.
