While the ride was broken down for about an hour during the AP preview sunday night the employees were trying, and may I say doing a very good job trying to entertain the tons of people waiting to get on. Anyways an employee told me that anything that you can think of that could go wrong with a ride has happened with ROTM. He said, there have been injuries, someone passed out, an employee had a seizure, one the robot mummies heads broke off. Is all this true, I mean I know rides have problems, but it hasn't been open that long

It is typical for new rides to have many issues when they open. Even with all of the preview events and soft openings, when the ride gets up to full capacity, something is bound to go wrong.

When Cedar Point opened TTD last year (400'+ rollercoaster) even after being open for a while, things started happening with the launch system that required over a month of downtime.

Rides really need about a 6 month break-in period, just to get everything going right.

Also, injuries happen every day on even the most gentle of rides, normally due to the riders' actions.

They were saying how much better Universal was like with their ride technology and stuff, and how they were glad that we prefered Universal over Disney
