Mr. Walrus?!?!

Has anyone noticed in the Photo Gallery that there is a picture of a newly redesigned Mr. Walrus? How totally out of left field is that? And more importantly, where can we find him?

I haven't seen Mr. Walrus, but I know they've been redesigning some characters and bringing out some old ones into the parks... the more obsure the better IMO!

Oooh... nice!! If I had to wager a guess, I'd say Mad Tea Party would be the best place to find him. But who knows...

I would assume that Mr. Walrus was out because of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I noticed in the other pictures that Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger were in their special Not-So-Scary costumes. I think this is why that character was out. They bring out a lot of different characters during events that you never see in the parks on a regular day (Like Launchpad, Scrooge, and Darkwing Duck).

It was great to see the Walrus back. Too bad he was refusing to sign autographs, though.

Also, let's hope that they'll start bringing him out for regular meets in the park soon--they should, IMO.

Yes, Drew was very happy to see Mr. Walrus, he has been searching for rare characters for some time now. Thought I think right now he is doing some testing and such, but he might be seen with the alice unit since he is in the same movie as them, I will ask him unless he gets here first. :lol:

I met Mr. Walrus at the Oct 8th MNSSHP. He was back on the walkway between Toontown and Tomorrowland. I think he was out on the half hour.

That's awesome. I'm all about bringing back rare characters. Last June I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum in fron of the teacups and in MGM I saw Kermit and Miss Piggy. I had never seen them before. I think it's a great idea!!
