Why does Mr. Toad's Wild Ride end in Hell? I don't remember Hell being in the movie (Though I havn't seen it in quite a while)

I'm not sure if this is accurate or not, but I read somewhere that MTWR was made under the premace of being "Mr. Toad's Nightmare". And not necesarily following the movie plot. So when you were killed by the train in the second to the last scene (in Toad's dream) your next stop was hell:fork: . Kind of a wierd ending for a Disney ride, but many of the choices by Disney back then translate as a little odd by today's standards.
