That's really funny. Last year on one of our trips we saw one of the floats being towed. It was completely dark and there was a huge gap between the float being towed and the float in front of it. Kinda ruined the whole parade feel. If this video and the fact a float was being towed due to breaking down isn't a sign MSEP should be retired... then I don't know what is!! lol

Not to be a stick in the mud but you realize the Spectro floats aren't really any different than these right? I mean... breakdowns happening to the MSEP floats would/could/have happened to Spectro floats as well.Bring back SpectroMagic!

Oh believe me, I know. I've seen both parades enough to tell you how they go from beginning to end. Maybe, but things like this have become a daily occurrence with this outdated parade.

I realize this but the fact that breakdowns ARE happening with MSEP it's A - bad show quality (I understand things happen. Rides breakdown all the time but, in all honesty, it IS bad show quality) and B - a sign that these floats need to be retired. If it was happening with Spectro, I'd say the same thing. I just like Spectro better than MSEP and wish they would give it an overhaul instead of planning to give MSEP an overhaul.

Ok I just wanted to be sure there was no misconception that the Spectro floats never had issues.
I remember multiple times where there were those lovely huge breaks between two floats for whatever reason and specifically one time where for some reason half the lights on a float were out. It was comical actually because it was one with a character in front and one in back and one was completely in the dark.
