I plan on moving to Florida and going fulltime at Disney in February. I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap houses or condos for sale around the Orlando area? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Best advice? Start reading the Sentinel on line to see what is available and pick out some realtors to contact. You might want to rent an apartment for a while to see if you will like living in Florida. Some people decide it is not what they expected it to be. As a full timer with additional training pay(ellis training etc) my son has to have 2 roomates to afford the apartment they live in.
One thing to your advantage right now, there are a lot of foreclosures or near foreclosures happening throughout Florida. Lots of people who bought homes with the creative mortgages are finding out that they can't afford what they bought on a Florida salary. There also are a few new builders advertising affordable homes that start at about $150,000 right now. They are small with what looks like siding instead of block and stucco so may not be the wisest choice for storms in the fall, but look pretty descent otherwise.
