Most under rated ride

What do you tihnk is the most under rated ride in any of the parks? Mine would have to be Primevil Whirl. This ride looks so tame and so relaxing, then you get on it and it whips you around, the turns are sharp, the drop are breathe taking, and the spinning is crazy.

Magic Kingdom - Timekeeper (Funniest show in the MK)

Epcot - Body Wars (Still my favorite thrill ride in Epcot)

MGM - Sounds Dangerous (I don't understand all the negative things said about it, especially when comparing it to things like the ABC Saturday Morning Show and Doug Live!)

AK - Flights of Wonder (I think it is better than Festival of the Lion King and ESPECIALLY Tarzan Rocks).

Most Underrated

I have to say that I totally agree with you about Primevil Whirl. When I visited this past Dec, I thought it looked so whimsical and I assumed that taking my son and mother along would be a good idea. Even though her blood curdling screams were absolutely worth all of the 3 minutes of the ride, I definately would have to say it was more in the thrill ride category. I think it was the talk of our whole vacation about how Grammie went on the ride, and then we had to walk to a bathroom for her to vomit!!! ( Which is not exactly right at the exit of the ride either!) I never laughed so hard in my life. Having been to Disney yearly for the past 30 years, I definately reccommend it, but before lunch of course!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say that I agree with Primeval Whirl... yeah, its looks pretty tame, and then it's wild when you go on it... but I don't enjoy it, since I'm gettin tossed around and wind up in pain when I get off  But... I still enjoy the experience!

I think TTA, CoP and the American Adventure are some of the more under rated rides in the parks. These are three things I always make sure to do when I'm there. There never seems to be any wait time, and whenever I go, the American Adventure is maybe filled 40% to capacity.

I have only been to Disney twice and looking forward to my third trip in December!!YEEHAW!! But in my two times there I would have to say JIYI was the most under-rated ride in the parks. I was there to witness Dream Catcher on my first trip. My second trip when I rode was odd because I coulnt figure out what happend to DC? I thought he was on some other ride until I got home and put two and two together. I still enjoy the ride greatly but I understand there seems to be mixed emotions regarding the adventure that once was.

I agree that Flights of Wonder is one of AK's best shows. Definitely beats Tarzan Rocks!!!

But Sounds Dangerous is the most boring thing I've ever been in! Just turn the lights off and turn on the sound system. The only thing I think about is "I can't believe I walked in here again!"

I don't think you can compare Tarzan Rocks and Flights of Wonder. The first is a pretend rock concert, the second is a free flight bird show. Chalk and cheese, both very different beasts.

Flights of Wonder is a great show, and can be very different depending on which researcher you get, and especially with Guano Joe/Jane is on the day you see it. They also rotate the bird cast, so you can get to see different species at different performances.

Underated attractions?

There are so many.

MK: TimeKeeper, Robin is hilarious. COP, my first AA attraction ever!. Hall of Presidents, impressive, even up close.

Epcot: UoE, giving this a real story was a big boost. Body Wars and Cranium Command, Leonard Nimoy directed attractions!

Disney MGM: Great Movie Ride, great show with GREAT Movies!

AK: Kali River Rapids, short, but sweet.

MK: Carousel of Progress, TimeKeeper, Tomorrowland Transit Authority, Country Bear Jamboree (gotta love Big Al), Hall of Presidents
Epcot: Body Wars (still one of my favorites), Cranium Command (funny as all he-double-hockey-sticks), El Rio Del Tiempo (after the "thrills" they push on you, this is a relaxant)
MGM: Star Tours (still my all-time favorite ride), MuppetVision 3D (still my all-time favorite 3D show)
AK: Primeval Whirl, TriceraTop Spin

Honestly, three out of my five favorite rides are totally underrated and neglected. Tom Sawyer Island is a little piece of heaven at WDW. I have loved the books since I was a kid and can totally relax while there. Plus, with all the shade, it is typically much cooler than the rest of the park. Cranium Command never gets old. Granted, some kids don't get the celebrities and their jokes (it is dated, I mean, I am not trying to fool anyone here). I doubt a ten year old is going to know who Hans and Franz are... I love One Man's Dream, I truly believe that is a total hidden gem of all of WDW. You can take your time walking through (nice air conditioning too), really soak in the atmosphire, and talk to some of the cast members. One of the nicest CM's I have ever met works there, Dave. The second I walked out of there, I went right to Guest Relations speaking the praise of this guy. He just seemed like he genuinly loved his job and was truly great at it. He knew Disney history, knew what was presently going on in the company, and just seemed like someone who cared about guests. I really found it to be a rare occasion to meet someone like him. Although there is one HUGE mistake about One Man's Dream. Did anyone else realize that they say Mary Poppins came out before Disneyland opened? I mean, if it was a year or two, I could ignore it, but nine years? A tear has almost leaked out of my eye in admiration after watching the video at the end of it. One Man's Dream is a gift for lovers of Disney history. Anyone noticing I left off the other two favorite rides I have: Mansion and Jungle, but those get enough attention...

Most Under-Rated:
MK: The Walt Disney World Rail Road- The trains are the root of the park's magic in Walt's eyes. Most people just think of them as an easy way to get from Frontierland to Toon Town. But to me there is something magic about a steam engine. I love to be at the Toon Town station and watch them purge the cylinders, those engines are like a living thing, belching steam, breathing, talking, very cool.

Second: Tom Sawyer's island. I love sitting on Aunt Poly's porch and watching the Steam boat chug past.

The third: Small World. Evil dolls? Bah! Fantastic surrealist trip? Yes! It's never gotten the respect it deserves at WDW, I can't wait to see the rehab. To me the ride has always felt like being in one of the music sequences from Yellow Submarine.

At Epcot: El Rio Del Tiempo.

Sorry, don't care for Primeval Whirl. To rough.
The AK's ride is the Eastern Star Railway. The wry humor built into the trains and station is wonderful.

MGM: Muppet Vision: Fantastic! Period. Also The only show where the preshow is as funny.
