Benjamin Franklin in Epcot's American Adventure presentation.
Based upon the leading character from the 1953 Disney cartoon short, Ben And Me, I have always thought Ben Franklin in American Adventure to be one of Disney's crowning achievements in animatronic development. When he "walks" up stairs, shakes hands with Mark Twain, ...just to name a few of his detailed movements which truly bring this character to life on stage.
The most realistic looking one that I can recall is Capt. Jack in Pirates. Not only in looks but in action as well. As far as the most realistic and extensive show then American Adventure takes it hands down.
