Here, here! Replies like that only serve to devalue the person posting such things, not the original poster, and to me show a distinct lack of compassion, empathy, and just general intellect.

I don't think I've ever used those phrases, but OTOH, they don't bother me. Frankly, why would I care whether or not someone likes a particular ride (or WDW) or not? They're entitled to their opinion and I'm entitled to mine. But I don't feel the need to start a thread to tell the world that XYZ doesn't meet my personal preferences.

Unless I'm asked. In which case I'll happily post my usual (too long) opinion.

Never going to stop. It's human nature to respond in kind to overly dramatic comments. As long as we get " I'll NEVER go back to Disney again" .... we'll get those types of responses. I ignore both.

Don't be so sure about that. I got in an argument with someone where once, only to found out a couple months later that he was one of my co-workers.

The "ignore" button is a glorious feature. Pixie dust addicts and doom and gloomers who cannot seem to put together any better discussions than one liners and knuckle dragging snarky arguments get that treatment from me and it has made the forums much more cohesive and enjoyable for me
