We are from Ireland and are wondering what way the money and purcheses work on board??

I understand theres no cash used but do i use a credit card or how does it work??

Same question goes for excursions what do they get charged to????:wave:

Everything (including excursions booked directly with DCL) is charged to your onboard/stateroom account; before you cruise you can associate and authorize a credit card with your account which will be charged at the end of the cruise.

So all drinks, food charges etc. are just charged to the room and paid with a credit card at the end???

We are going on the Med cruise in July, so please post a report when you get back especially any shore excursions you book. You'll love it. The Magic is a lot like the Wonder which we've been on several times. It's beautiful. The service is second to no other cruise line. We just got back from the Dream and the Bahamas and, I know this may be asking to get flamed, but I prefer the smaller ships. Enjoy.
