While I appreciate the thread drift towards Norway girls...my kids play on the Viking ship while I "browse" the shops with the helpful and friendly attendants....is M:S unofficially open all day before its unofficial soft opening of Aug 15? Since I'm going Aug 9, I'm curious!

Mission: SPACE is scheduled to be open every day from now through the 15th, barring any major explosions. AP Previews, of course, fall in the middle, but the ride is scheduled to be open to all guests on the 31st of July and on the 4th of August, with the fourth centrifuge opening...sometime in the next four weeks

alright... here's what my sources over @ M:S and Epcot ops had to day...


the 4th room is slated to be open by the end of this month/first week of august. The ride is still in a test/adjust period... they've added a few more signs to the queue, added a few more small details to the ride vehicles. And WDI staff can still be seen all over the building. As of now, it's scheduled to be open 7 days a week from 1 pm on..... but they will close it several times daily if the line gets too long, if it breaks down, of it a guest suffers from heat exhaustion while waiting in line...

what else.. a few new merchandise items.. nothing all that great.

That's about it..
