Hey Again,
I was just wondering a couple of things. Is animal kingdom crowded christmas week? also when do fastpasses usually sell out by? Thanks Again,

During Xmas week, EVERYTHING is packed and expect maximum capacity. As far as Fast Pass "selling out", it depends on how popular that ride is for that day.

I was at Studios at 11am and got a fast pass for Toy Story Mania that had a 6pm return time! The regular line was already up to 90 minutes at that time. When I did Soarin at Epcot, got a pass at 11am and it had me returning at 4pm. When I got back at 4pm, there were no more fast passes being handed out.

So some rides will stop generating fast passes for the day simply becuase the ride capacity has been reached for the day. But then some rides will have fast passes all day with a return time as short as 60 minutes.

For Animal Kingdom, the only thing worth being sure to get a fast pass for is Everest. Get there as early as possible. You can probably get a fast pass and if you got there early enough, ride it with only a 15-20 minute wait.

If you're staying at a Disney Resort then there's a chance that you may still get in - Offsite I would say no - to be safe plan on getting to the parks BEFORE lunch time
