How does the monthly payment program work for the seasonal passes? More specifically do I have to pay every month? or say I wanted to pay it all off by the 2nd or 3rd month would I be able to do that?

Though I haven't done it myself, someone else asked about paying it off in full early and the answer was no.
You pay non-discounted 1-day ticket worth down (approximately $87) and then $16/month for a seasonal. ($26/month for a full annual.)
