I know that the idea of a “Monsters Inc Door Coaster” is very often brought up but I’d thought I’d expand on the idea! I’d imagine this as an E-ticket in a Monsters Inc. land in a park like DHS. You enter Monsters Incorporated and the exterior and queue is similar to Monsters Inc Ride and Go Seek at Tokyo Disneyland. You enter a pre-show room where mike wazowski in Audio-Animatronic form speaks to the guests. He explains that even though Monsters use laughs to power their city, they still need a little scream power. But not screams of fear, screams of excitement! Your screams will be held in a giant scream canister next to mike. You then enter the Scare Floor (boarding area) and embark on your journey. The ride system is a suspended roller coaster and in between the seats are the doors. As you launch into the door warehouse you can see doors around you as you fly through them at incredible speeds. You suddenly hear an explosion at the end. As the ride comes to an end you slow down and see a scene of Mike telling Sully that they’re gonna need a bigger canister as the giant scream canister from the pre-show has exploded from the high amount of screams (similar to Monsters University).
