82. Mulan

Purpose: Additional Attraction for Shanghai Disneyland. Helps further transition the theme from Fantasyland/Treasure Cove to Gardens of Imagination.

Something that Shanghai should have had since opening day back in 2016. I think using a Launch Coaster would be perfect alongside the ride retelling Mulan’s story.

I think guest should enter the emperors palace with part of the ride on the roof. Outside the entrance is a meet and greet garden where Mulan and her friends would meet future warriors.The main ride would be in a HUGE show building like The show scenes on Hagrids at Universal Orlando, which is what the ride is based on. The climax of the ride is where the coaster goes up a elevator and blasts alongside Mushu and shen yu on the roof like in the film.

Also here are the concepts that I won‘t be using:

• Black Panther ~ Just a retheme of The Land or Wonders of Life Pavilions At Epcot. Would design something Black Panther!
• CoCo ~ A Gran Fiesta Tour retheme. Nothing to special. Would redo the horribly long exit tunnel at the end.
• Fox and The Hound ~ A railroad diorama. Nothing special.
• Zorro ~ A big Thunder Mountain Retheme.
• National Treasure ~ Too tricky for me to design.
