Monorail to Epcot EMH after MK close

Hi all! I'm hoping to go from MK to Epcot fairly quickly after Happily Ever After in March. MK closes at 8 and Epcot has EMH from 9-11.

We're staying at Yacht Club, but I was thinking monorail would be faster. Will the monorail to Epcot be swamped? I can always bus to YC and walk through IG.

Personally, I'd probably take the bus to Yacht and walk. Monorails at closing time tend to be swamped and you still have to make the monorail change at TTC. I can almost guarantee you that the bus and walk will be quicker, particularly because you can take any bus that's there first Yacht/Beach/Swan/Dolphin.

Plus, entering EPCOT through IG gives you a head start already.

Makes sense! And yay another perk to staying at YC! We could swing by the room if we wanted. Thanks for your response!

How far a walk is it from IG to Soarin? Or from IG to Norway, going through future world?

If it were me, I'd do the reverse. Spend time in Epcot during the day. Build in time to take monorail to MK to see HEA. Bus back to YC afterward. I guess no EMH in MK that' night. Visit MK resorts after MK closing (monorail crawl)? Return to MK bus depict for return to YC.

I've already got a few Epcot days. I'm staying to see HEA, and I'm going to go to the Poly for Ohana on my second MK night (really the only resort I care to tour on this trip). Thanks for the thoughts though! Options abound.
