Monorail Running Times?

Im having breakfast at Chef Mickeys in September at 7:25. I have never had breakfast anywhere besides the resort Im staying at in the past. I would like to drive to the TTC and take the monorail to the CR so right after breakfast we can walk over to the MK. I know we could only park at the CR for 3 hours and would like to avoid the lost time and hassle of driving back to the TTC and taking the monorail at that time. So how early do the monorails begin running from the TTC to the resorts?

The resort monorail starts running at 7 AM.

It might take 20-25 minutes to get all the way around. That would be cutting it pretty close

That's true, but there is some leeway in the dining reservations. 5-10 minutes late would probably be okay, but I'd certainly want to be on the first monorail leaving the TTC.
