Monorail Expansion Q's

Ok, Ok, I know that I saw someone this past summer diagram and explain thier version of Monorail expansion at WDW, complete with a map and all, and basic replies were cost concerns etc, etc........................... my question isnt how it could or couldnt be done in a "Where to lay the track", or how my version looks, but rather what would be the major chunk of change be spent on to prohibit something like this: construction of the track and stations, purchasing more Mark VI vehicles, cost of operation after they are built, or all of the above?

I just wish they could expand. I dislike those buses sooooo bad.

I'm pretty sure the majority of the cost is the track. Although the trains themselves cost a pretty penny too.
