Probably a question better suited for an attorney rather than a fan website.
Sorry, I didn't think about that, but its too complicated getting contacts like that for youtube videos. I didn't know since WDWMAGIC has videos if anyone knew. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Whether you "can" or not, since there are already thousands for free I'd say it's a pretty silly business idea.

Many YouTube channels make a small profit off of simply going around, filming the parks/rides/resorts, and having the YouTube ad's pay for the hobby. One of my personal favorites that does this is iThemePark's channel:
www.youtube.com/user/popsong1

*If* your channel becomes popular like this one and the views start rolling in, you can actually make a little cash just for filming Disney's/Universal's work. Easy money, (don't expect to get rich by any means, but you can certainly earn a little) and you have fun in the process by filming what you love.

The only thing I'll add is if you are going to go through with this, be very careful about any soundtrack choices you make (if you overlay music). Monetization really changes the way youtube will view your video if you start putting copyrighted material in it.
