Mondays at the Magic Kingdom

I was recently planning the days I would go to each of the parks for my upcoming trip and I was curious if the rumor that Monday is the most crowded day to go to Magic Kingdom is correct. Since most people have a park hopper and there are now early mornings and late nights I would think that those influence when parks are more crowded and not an actual day in the week. It really all depends on the time of year and of course the extra magic schedules. Those guides mentioned above will help, but nothing is a guarntee.
