So. I would like, very much to build one of these:

I don't know how to do it. I don't know where to begin. I've seen the floor layout for the track, but that's no help.
Does anybody know if blue prints of "the machine" exist or where I can get them. Photographs are only so helpful.
Also, I don't know what to try to build it out of. Any ideas or people with experience?
