MNSSHP Wristbands

This will be our first time going to MNSSHP on 9/29 and I can't wait. I was wondering do they require children to wear the wristbands? My 4 year old and 1 year old absolutely detest anything around their wrist. I don't want them pulling on the band the whole time we are there and not enjoying the party.

When we've gone to MVMCP they would put the childrens on the parents if they wouldn't wear them. Also saw one on a backpack.
