MNSSHP Updates?

Has anyone attended MNSSHP yet? If so, please post some updates for those of us who are anxiously waiting and planning! How long were the lines for characters? Rides?
Do you have pictures of your costumes? Merchandise? Post them here! If you can’t tell, I’m slightly excited about going next week!!
I read that during last night’s party, they were letting guests into Belle’s castle, but I also read somewhere else that the testing was ending later this week, so I’m guessing there isn’t much hope of me getting to go in next Thursday.

We were there last night, and a CM liked our costumes, so she took us over to Belle's castle personally. It was great fun. Splash wasn't operating at first, but it did open later, so we rode it as our last ride. This was our first party, and I really loved it.

As it was the first party lines were extremely manageable everywhere. (Not a lot of people know that disney celebrates Halloween in early September) There were a few character changes like Phineas and Ferb in Town Square, Duffy moved over to the Riverboat Dock, Belle wasn't at Town Square because they were operating Enchanted Tales on a limited basis.

New Pirate Flag Corps in Boo-to-you was nice, but I kind of missed the old pirate dancers, I would love to see them incorporate both in later years. Merch this year is much better than last year, IMO.

I also really enjoyed the Street Jam on Main Street, I thought it was great fun! They do two sets, one across from Center Street, and One in front of the Train station, and there was No-One watching from the train station during second parade so they basically got everyone in the area dancing. It seems to be a huge hit!
